Financial Disclosure

All contributions to the Foundation, in cash and / or gifts, are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Contributions are solicited with the understanding that the Foundation will apply proper care in utilizing the donated funds to the specific purpose or project as determined by the Board of Directors. A small portion of the donation may be used for administrative expenses.

A financial statement may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services in Tallahassee, Florida. Registration with the State of Florida does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the State.
